Then save the PDF.

How can I visualize bookmarks or see the destination of a bookmark?

Open a PDF via the file selection field at the top of the page. The bookmarks and the pages of the PDF are displayed. Now click on a bookmark in the bookmark area. After clicking, the system automatically jumps to the corresponding page specified as the target in the bookmark. The target area of the bookmark is also highlighted in color.

How can I move or rearrange bookmarks?

You can move or indent a bookmark up, down, left or right. You can also drag a bookmark to a different position. You can also move the bookmarks using the arrow keys on the keyboard.

How can I change a PDF bookmark?

Open a PDF via the file selection field on the page. The bookmarks are displayed on one side and the pages of the PDF on the other.

To change the title of a bookmark, you must use the menu of a bookmark. Open the menu by clicking on it and select the corresponding menu item to change the title. A new title is then requested.

To change the target area of a bookmark, proceed as follows. Click on a bookmark that you want to change. The current target area of the bookmark is displayed in the page area. To define a new target area with the mouse, you must first click on the edit symbol in the toolbar, otherwise a new bookmark will be created.
