Pages in the right order
A booklet has four pages on every sheet – two on the front, two on the back – in the order that is right once the stack is folded. That is done for you.

Check the printed sheets or browse the finished booklet with its cover, spreads and back cover before you print.
A booklet needs a multiple of four pages. Missing pages are added as blank pages – before the back cover, so the last page stays at the back.
Many sheets fold badly. Split them into booklets of a few sheets each: they lie flatter and can be bound together.
Print on A4 for an A5 booklet, on A3 for A4 or on Letter for Half Letter – bound on the left or on the right, with extra space at the fold if you like.
If your printer cannot print on both sides, print the front sides first, turn the stack over and print the back sides – we guide you step by step.
Choose your PDF, check the preview and click «Print». Print on both sides with «Flip on short edge», fold the stack in the middle and staple it twice along the fold.
A4 sheets make an A5 booklet, A3 sheets an A4 booklet and Letter sheets a Half Letter booklet. Choose it under «Paper for printing».
Blank pages are added automatically. With «The last page stays the back cover» they go before the last page.
In the print dialog choose «Print on both sides» and «Flip on short edge». If your printer cannot do that, choose «Both sides by hand» – we guide you through it.
