Tables with and without rules are recognized, over several pages and with merged cells too. In Word and Excel they arrive as real tables. Export all tables of a document to an Excel file at once, and correct wrongly recognized columns yourself.
Scanned pages and text a PDF stored unreadably become readable by text recognition – in more than 100 languages. Rotated pages are set upright.

Open the PDF, point at the table and click "Copy". Pasted into Word or Excel, it becomes a real table. The arrow next to "Copy" offers other formats such as CSV or JSON.
Yes. "Export" and "All tables to Excel" give you an Excel file with one table per sheet. Numbers, percentages and amounts are real numbers there.
Yes. If a page is only an image, the tool offers text recognition. After that it recognizes paragraphs, lists and tables as in any other PDF.
Yes. With "Mark text" you select any text with the mouse and copy it with Ctrl+C. The selection follows the reading order, on pages with several columns too.
Choose the table and click "Columns". Then move, remove or add column edges, and the table is split anew at once.
No. The PDF is read in your browser. Only the text recognition loads its language data once – your document does not leave your computer.
